As I was passing the early morning hours having woken before 4 am yet again  (my body seems content with 6 hours of sleep) I ran across the quote above again today.   In so many areas of our lives this is what we need to put into practice to make the real, tangible and long term changes.

In all aspects of our lives the changes always start with our thinking.  Deciding I did not want to look as I did took some thought adjustment on how I thought about gym.   I had to get passed my dislike of sweating and the smell of sweaty bodies.   Also to get to the point of realising that many of those hot bods did not walk in there looking as they do they now.

It took time.  It took Willpower,  it still does.   But I’ve come this far and don’t want to lose what I’ve gained …  I’m mastering new ways to be daily.   Better.  Stronger.  Healthier.  Happier.   But,  always Sassy.
