I had some deliveries to do today and since I feel it appropriate not to look like I’m going hiking or grocery shopping, I like to put a little extra effort in – afterall, you never know who you may bump into out and about and usually on your worst days, its your worse enemy, so I try to make sure that should that happen, I’m looking fine.

Feeling Sassy

I decided to wear this lace overlay skirt that is just so pretty and initially wanted to wear a lace tank but it was not out of the laundry, so I wore this t-shirt that I think I’ve only ever featured once before on the blog.  Only pity about taking pictures at the end of the day is that the hair has gone a little flat.

Since I’m about to celebrate my birthday I thought I’d start a ‘new year’ bucket list or at least a list of things I hope to achieve in the next year, one of the things that has been mulling in my mind for a few months now is that I want to learn to do some dance moves, especially Salsa, so I’m hunting a dance buddy since G-man doesn’t dance.  Anyone up for the challenge?  I think its incredibly sexy and sensual and maybe after that, the rumba!

Anyone out there who wants to dance with me?  Somebody? Anybody?  It would certainly be as taxing but much more fun than boxing.

Hope y’all had a Sassy day … ciao for now.

I would so be your dancing partner! (My guy doesn’t dance either). Love this tough-yet-feminine look. Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday, xox.

    Hi there Wendy!
Your outfit looks great…love the leather and lace combo.
So you are looking to do some Salsa! You will love it. Rhumba too? Go for it. Rhumba is the dance of love; sensual and romantic. Maybe you can learn a little and use it to convince your guy that it will be fun to dance a sizzling Rhumba (or Rumba) together.
I don’t know if dance studios work the same way there..but here, there are all kinds of people that go and don’t have a partner, so you rotate through partners while learning in a group class. Unless you want to take private lessons, which I HIGHLY recommend. Good luck and let me know how you LOVE it! I know you will.

Super cute outfit Sister ~ I do so love that skirt and paired with the lacy t and leather it looks amazing.

I would happily be your dance partner … although it would look rather weird the two of us pitching up at a dance class don’t you think? Good on you for thinking of your bucket list!!!

I love this look, especially with the leather jacket. You look like a total corporate bad*ss.

Great look! I love that jacket and the print on the skirt is so pretty. Its a nice hard/soft contrast.
I love dancing but my husband is not into either. Good luck with your list!

Looking sassy as well! So pretty, and every piece a winner, separately an certainly together! Perfect for your uses here. Can I ask why you’re standing on your toes … maybe a heel here might have worked also? Little flats are darling and work splendidly, as well. Either way,and that’s versatility!
