I am going to need all the motivation for when I get back. I think that getting to a workout is all about preplanning and the last thought at night for me is a reminder to myself that I have the intention of getting up and getting to the gym.
Having everything from the outfit, to the shoes, to the water bottle and gym towel waiting is a big inspiration and motivator.
I intend to continue with my body lovin’ in 2014 and to step it up a notch from 2013.
