Monday monday … what a wonderful day.  My children are only leaving tomorrow evening now as their flight ended up being cancelled.  They were so disappointed and the boys were very teary.  Poor things. 

I got hit hard by a massive migraine yesterday afternoon and am still suffering the after effects.  It feels like an almighty hangover.  Not very pleasant.

But, the good news, after pulling up the brake last week, I’ve lost 1.3kgs (2lb 12.85 oz).  Not starving at all, but just got my portion sizes back to normal and cut out the junk and especially Jimmy Killer Fish and chips. 

Almost half way to my first goal.

    Well done on the weight loss…but you always looks so good and you have such wonderful style. I hope your heart is not to sore to see your cherished children go off for such a long vacation.

    Oh portion size was the hardest thing for me to cut down on, I used to eat enormous plates of food!
